Tan Jing Xuan

With experience across both creative and strategic roles, Tan Jing Xuan is passionate about creating thoughtful designs that blend creativity with purpose. Guided by curiosity and a drive for innovation, she aims to shape a more conscious fashion industry — one that not only inspires but also respects people and the planet.

She holds a Diploma in Fashion Design from LASALLE College of the Arts and graduated with First Class Honours in International Fashion Business (BA Hons) from Raffles College of Higher Education.

Her skill set includes fashion technical drawing, fashion illustration, and industrial sewing. She is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office. Fluent in both English and Chinese, she is an effective communicator.

Jing Xuan excels both independently and as a collaborative team member. She approaches new challenges with passion and a can-do attitude.

Previously, Jing Xuan worked as a Fashion Designer at Fayth. In this role, she was involved in the entire product development process — from design and fitting to final styling. She created best-selling designs, including styles that sold out within one week and were restocked twice due to high demand. She also contributed to fashion photoshoots and supported the development of marketing content.

As part of a collaborative project with LASALLE’s dance students, Jing Xuan and her team designed an origami-inspired dance costume, which was proudly selected for exhibition at the ArtScience Museum.
